In 1955, Konstantinos Toskoudis, the founder of the company Suntos SA, enters the processing, standardization and exporting industry of raisins by building the privately-owned factory of raisins, in the city of Heraklion, Crete.
In 1981, a state-of-the-art privately-owned unit is built in the industrial area, on a plot of land of 15,000 sq.m. where raisins are processed, standardized and packaged.
The spearhead machinery, with production capability of up to 30 tonnes in 8 hours, guarantee the consistent quality of the product.
Our customers throughout Europe, many of whom are large factories such as chocolate factories, bread factories, etc, have approved us as their partners and suppliers based on the high quality and hygienic conditions of our factory. Apart from the export sector, the company is also active in the domestic market of Greece, with dramatically increasing annual rates.
