Foundation

1955

In 1955, Konstantinos Toskoudis, the founder of the company Suntos SA, enters the processing, standardization and exporting industry of raisins by building the privately-owned factory of raisins, in the city of Heraklion, Crete.

Modernasation

1981

In 1981, a state-of-the-art privately-owned unit is built in the industrial area, on a plot of land of 15,000 sq.m. where raisins are processed, standardized and packaged.

The spearhead machinery, with production capability of up to 30 tones in 8 hours, guarantee the consistent quality of the product.

Our customers throughout Europe, many of whom are large factories such as chocolate factories, bread factories, etc, have approved us as their partners and suppliers based on the high quality and hygienic conditions of our factory.

Apart from the export sector, the company is also active in the domestic market of Greece, with dramatically increasing annual rates.

Raisin factory

Our raisin factory has a complete production line consisting of laundry, sulphiting room, furnace, sorting screens, stemming machines, laser machines, automatic weighing systems, formulator machines and state-of-the-art electronic machines that control impurities such as metal objects, etc..

Our factory is equipped with the latest packaging technology. We can package raisins in bulks of several kilograms each as well in bags of different grams each.
