Captain’s House Hotel-Suites
In 1986, Suntos SA enters the tourism industry by performing a complete renovation and restoration of the building of the Toskoudis family, designated as traditional and listed by the Ministry of Culture, and by converting it into a hotel with luxurious villas and suites with the distinctive title “Captain’s House Hotel-Suites” in the seaside village of Panormo, in Rethymnon.
Paradise Hotel-Apartments
In 1988, SUNTOS SA builds the hotel complex of apartments which starts its operation in 1990 with the name “Paradise Hotel-Apartments” in Stalis, Crete.
Grand Hotel Holiday Resort
In 1999, the building of the 4-star hotel unit starts in the tourist period of Hersonissos in Crete on a privately-owned plot of 45,000 sq.m. which is completed and starts operating in 2001 under the name “Grand Hotel Holiday Resort”.
